Staff Rules

These rules apply to every staff member. When in doubt, ask Staff Management before taking action.

Professionalism

All staff members must act professionally at all times. Toxic behavior toward players or other staff members is not permitted and may result in disciplinary action.

Confidentiality

Any discussion or material containing staff-related information must remain within the SaintMC Management Discord unless a Senior Admin+ explicitly authorizes otherwise. Sharing confidential information will result in a Permanent Ban and a Staff Blacklist.

Security

All staff members must enable 2FA on both Discord and the SaintMC network. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any staff member found sharing an account will be removed from the Staff Team.

Reporting Staff Concerns

If you have an issue involving another staff member, open a Staff Report ticket in the main Discord and wait for Staff Management to review it. Do not DM senior staff about these issues.

Additional Guidelines

• Do not look for loopholes to avoid punishment. If you do something you were not supposed to do, report it to Staff Management by opening a Staff Report ticket. Self-reporting may be taken into account when the situation is reviewed.
• Always enable Staff Mode before teleporting to another player.
• Never punish another staff member for breaking a rule. Only Staff Management may punish staff members. If you witness a staff member breaking a rule, open a Staff Report ticket.
• Use common sense and think carefully before taking action.
